ReplyDeleteThat is unfortunately not completely possible. The school can try their best by using their code of conduct and Bill of Rights to avoid racism. But there will always be a student or teacher who will behave inappropriate. (29249890)
ReplyDeletepersonaly i also don't think it's possible , but I think we can try to improvise on this in multi cultural schools.
ReplyDeletepersonaly I prefer schools wich gives attention and focuses on one religion, culture and language, it's just much easier to handle and to keep a flowing communication structure without any unneccesary obsticles.( 29098417)
I think all teachers are professional and for that they should not use their personal agendas in the profession of teaching peers. Racism must be seen as a thing of the past. What happend in the past should not influence the future. Multi cultural in schools must be accepted by people in a profession.
